Kevin Cantley

President/Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Cantley, AIA joined Cooper Carry in 1980, was named a Principal in 1986, Vice President in 1989, Chief Operating Officer in 1990 and President/CEO in 1995. As a leader of the firm's Office and Mixed-Use practices, Kevin has directed the design of corporate headquarters, general offices, operations and computer facilities, retail, residential and mixed-use projects. A number of Kevin's projects have been recognized for their design excellence by the AIA and the NAIOP: New River Center in Fort Lauderdale won NAIOP's Office Building of the Year Award; the SunTrust Financial Center in Tampa won NAIOP's Best Building Design Award; and the Lipson Alport Glass & Associates (LAGA) Office Building in Cincinnati received the AIA Georgia Chapter Award of Excellence.

Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He serves on the Advisory Board and as a Program Director for the College of Architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. He is also a Director of the Architects Foundation of Georgia. Cantley holds Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture with Highest Honor degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology. While at Georgia Institute of Technology, he attended the L'Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Cantley has NCARB certification and is registered in 25 states.
