South Seas Resort, Captiva Island

Cooper Carry is currently working with the new owner of the South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, Florida to reposition this recently purchased property. Cooper Carry has provided a thorough analysis of the opportunities and restrictions of the site, zoning and land use. The firm has also identified goals and objectives and have completed an overall master plan that has established short, medium and long term goals for the resort. Currently, design work is underway on the first phase of the master plan, including the renovation of the restaurant, FF&E upgrades, new pedestrian access to various venues, and lighting and wayfinding strategies. Additionally, Cooper Carry will complete a Resort Guideline Manual.
