The Georgia Club Hotel is a major part of a new, upscale town and residential village integrated with two 18-hole championship golf courses. The thousand acre development draws from the rich architectural heritage and distinctive landscape of the area’s towns and farms. Adjacent to the north golf course, the hotel anchors the main street of the new town and features 250 guestrooms, a 40,000 SF executive conference facility, a full service health club, and direct access to the golf clubhouse. An additional 30 freestanding villas are planned in their own village opposite of the hotel.
