Raleigh Convention Center Hotel

The Marriott Convention Center Hotel will be a full service, 400-key guestroom hotel located on the south end of downtown Raleigh. The 290,000 SF convention center hotel will be located on a 1.82-acre urban site along Fayetteville Street, immediately adjacent and connected to the proposed Convention Center. Convention-oriented hotel services will include a 3-meal main dining room restaurant, a themed bar & grill, a coffee and pastry shop, a sundries shop, 15,000 SF of meeting space, a business center, and an indoor pool and health club.
