This hotel is part of a large public-private venture planned to revitalize downtown Virginia Beach. The four-star, full service hotel will include 300 guestrooms, a 14,000 SF restaurant, 14,000 SF of conference space and a freestanding restaurant. Covered parking will be provided by a 825-space, 5-level parking garage accessible via overhead walkway. In addition, there is an approximate 70,000 SF community park area, 26,000 SF of retail and proposed streetscape improvements along the 31st Street site included as part of this project.
