Located within cosmopolitan Midtown Atlanta, 905 Juniper is an eight-story, terraced development that recognizes the burgeoning sophistication of the area. With great attention paid to the existing urban context, 905 Juniper sits within walking distance of many Midtown shops and restaurants. The very contemporary building contains 117 luxury condominium units, including two-level townhouse units and live/work spaces that offer street-level access adjacent to 2200 square feet of prime corner retail space. Above the internal four-level parking deck is a modern outdoor plaza featuring a pool, hot tub, fountain and amenity building with kitchen, club room and exercise room.
