The Intercontinental Hotel brings a new level of luxury and amenities to the Nashville lodging market. This elegant hotel will incorporate approximately 250 appointed guest rooms with floor to ceiling windows and marble baths, two restaurants, a first class resort spa, fitness center and pool. Positioned directly above the hotel, The Summit Residences, are seven floors of condominiums that have been designed to create the most luxurious condominium experience in the Nashville market.
