Metropolitan at Midtown

Building on the reclaimed site of the first enclosed mall in the state, where a formerly paved-over creek basin will be reopened as part of Charlotte’s new Greenway System, Papas Properties has seen the future of how we’ll shop, work and live in Charlotte Midtown. A 30-acre blend of retail, residential, office and a carefully designed public realm, Midtown Charlotte will be green, flexible, active and fun.

The project’s retail components are part of a new urban model offering convenience and efficiency. The Target store sits over an Expo Design Center; T.J. Maxx and Staples are stacked over a Best Buy. Office space is integrated in the eight floors over the two levels of street retail. An Affordable Mix of Housing, flexible and responsive with greater amenities – a dynamic approach to the market.
