General Services Administration (GSA) Echelon - FBI Field Office

This Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Field Office consists of a secure Class A office building approximately 110,000 square feet, secure parking deck, annex, visitor screening facility, and guard booth. This is a mission critical blast resistant building designed to prevent progressive collapse and meets Interagency Security Committee Design Criteria (ISC) Level 4 requirements. The facility is designed to meet 24/7 HVAC dedicated and on-demand requirements. Amenities include a gym, lounges, a staffed kitchen and interrogation rooms. The project is being built to achieve LEED-NC Certification.
