The RBC Mixed-Use Tower is located on a .83 acre parcel in downtown Raleigh with a prominent Fayetteville Street address at the southeast corner of Martin Street. The building is 32 stories tall, approximately 401 feet high to primary roof parapet, with an iconic roof element containing the anchor tenant signage.
The building contains approximately 750,000 Gross Square Feet, with approximately 15,000 sf of street level retail, 280,000 sf of office space on eleven floors, 139 condominium units on eleven floors and 8 levels of parking containing 560 controlled parking spaces.
