This hotel and office development is located in Dubai’s elegant Business Bay’s Business Park. It is envisioned as a 4-star business hotel connected to an office tower located in the main entrance of Business Park project. The project will aim to become an icon, or “lighthouse” for the overall district due to its prime location. The development help create a new development corridor for the city.
