The Riverside Hotel & Spa Expansion & Renovation

Situated along East Las Olas Boulevard, the Riverside Hotel has been an important part of Downtown Ft. Lauderdale’s history since its doors first opened in the early 1930’s. This exciting expansion and renovation project is designed to be a LEED certified five-star hotel and will consist of five major pieces: a new retail and guest wing along East Las Olas Boulevard; a spa within a new retail and hotel services wing; a new hotel entry court and a garden defined by the two wings; and new retail and conference wing facing the New River, and an addition to the existing parking garage structure that will line the exterior on the east and south faces with luxury hotel guestrooms. Together these components combine to create a vibrant addition to the historic Riverside hotel.
