The Madison at Soho

The Madison is a 368-unit residential village located in the Soho District of Tampa, Florida. The project is composed of four distinct architectural styles to create a village-like ambience that appears to have been formed over a period of time. The project features Italian Townhouse, Craftsman Warehouse Loft and Post-Modern styles to compliment the history and eclectic character of the district. Through the use of picture windows, entry terraces and front doors, pedestrian-oriented streetscapes front the residences to encourage people to stroll through the village. The project swept the 2001 Grand Aurora Awards including best apartment community, best interior merchandising, best landscape design, best recreational facility and the Best of State.
