Located in the beautiful resort city of Naples, Florida, this half million sf mixed use project consists of retail, office, theater and residential components. The architectural design will focus on a mix of glass, stone, wood and metal in elegant, modern expression. National and local retailers will line a pedestrian friendly main street flanked by a major department store and a national specialty grocer.
Four key buildings along main street will have second floor offices and a major 12 screen theater complex creating a more urban feel to the street. The two story theater marquee will have moving video displays illuminating and energizing main street. There will be two major plazas off of main street. One in front of the department store will be community oriented, the other in front of the theater and restaurants, will be entertainment oriented. Cross streets will link the retail / theater / office buildings to a residential area consisting of luxurious townhouses and two story condominiums.
Landscaped pedestrian paths connect this site to its neighbors on two sides, resort golfing communities. This exciting project will provide a great place to shop, eat and be entertained for the sophisticated community of Naples.
