This development fits into a 100-acre master plan for the entire town, including Intracoastal Waterfront connections. All these pieces will be a physical manifestation of the community’s eclectic, bohemian spirit. In total, the project will create an identifiable center for Jupiter and will contribute to its evolution into a year-round community and funky fishing village. The open space environment reflects a casual, organic atmosphere of indigenous plantings. The architectural style reflects a Key West vernacular that incorporates clapboard siding, articulated porches and balconies, standing-seam metal and shingle-style roofs, with architectural cupolas and bright colors such as blue, yellow and purple.
