Solis Downwood

Atlanta, GA

Designed to merge the old-world European Hill Town with a modern twist, Solis Downwood is a Type IIIA wood-framed multi-family residential project consisting of 280 residential units. The project is nestled on top of a hill at the end of Downwood Circle in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. The grounds are centered around an Italian-inspired piazza, surrounded by a bocce ball court and a pool courtyard to escape. The main club room, adjacent to the leasing office, boasts a striking suspended staircase clad in reclaimed barnwood. Touches of the reclaimed wood echo throughout the project, including the custom unit entry lighting. A rooftop clubhouse boasts an outdoor terrace for residences to overlook the nearby city from within a forest setting.
