Ana Koleva AIA
Ana’s 13 years of professional experience includes cultural, single and multifamily projects, corporate interiors, office and mixed-use buildings. She joined Cooper Carry in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2021. She is originally from Bulgaria, and studied at the Brandenburg University of Technology in Germany and the University of Virginia.
Ana has lived in three countries and 12 cities, and her life experiences support the unconventional ideas she brings to the table. She continues to learn, research and write, staying abreast of the latest innovations.
Ana is a registered architect. She served on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Architecture Foundation and as a member of the Emerging Professionals Committee in her local AIA chapter. She has been teaching the Construction and Evaluation part of the ARE in the chapter and mentors architects on the path to licensing. She also serves on the Equity Diversity and Inclusion Council at Cooper Carry.
