Chris Freitag

Chris Freitag joined Cooper Carry as Chief Financial Officer in 2023 and leads the firm’s finance and accounting functions. His background includes more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership roles, including mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, capital structure planning, and process improvement. He has experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction, and professional services.

Chris received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Iowa and has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children. He enjoys hiking, biking, and watching his two girls play soccer.
