Christopher Bivins AIA, LEED AP
Leadership
Christopher Bivins joined Cooper Carry in 1996 and was named a Senior Associate in 2012 and Associate Principal in 2017. Working in the Higher Education Studio, Christopher has extensive experience working on classroom buildings, student learning centers, student centers, and libraries. He acted as project architect on the University of Georgia’s $50 million Tate Student Center Renovation and Expansion and the $32 million Zell B. Miller Learning Center. Christopher graduated from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with Bachelors of Architecture and Building Science. He is a registered architect and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Christopher is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Association of College Unions International (ACIU), the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Covenant House of Georgia.
