Kevin Glade RA, NCARB, NCC, LEED AP
Leadership
Kevin Glade joined Cooper Carry as Director of Senior Living design in 2022. During his more than 35 years as an architect, he has been involved in numerous specialties, such as healthcare, government, and criminal justice. His most notable contribution has been in designing senior living communities. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Detroit, and he earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Argosy University, where he focused on geriatric care and interned in hospice facilities to better understand the needs of seniors.
Kevin believes all building types should foster well-being in mind, body, and spirit. Kevin has worked in senior living, independent living communities, assisted living, and memory care units, designing dining areas, public spaces, back-of-house support, and common areas. He also has extensive experience in mixed-use developments, creating a collaborative environment where community is established and ultimately constructed. His driving passion is creating a facility that meets and exceeds the client’s expectations, while at the same time being functional and efficient for staff, the public, and visitors.
Kevin Glade is a registered architect in seven states and a LEED AP®. He is also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
