Neda Ghani Hannay AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Fitwel Amb.

Neda Hannay joined Cooper Carry in 2021 and was named Senior Associate in 2022. Her appreciation for design began at an early age when she traveled to visit her family and experienced the beautiful design achievements made by different cultures. This inspired her to create spaces that make clients and end users happy.

Neda has focused on retail and K-12 education design, though her broad portfolio includes projects from many market sectors, such as adaptive re-use, hospitality, office, and mixed-use. She is responsible for design, documentation, and coordination of projects and teams from programming through construction completion.

Neda received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology, and she is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). She is also a LEED AP® Building Design + Construction (LEED AP® BD+C).
