200 Stovall Office to Residential Conversion
This adaptive reuse project will transform a former government office building into The Foundry, featuring 520 apartment units. The residential facility will incorporate 716,000 gsf of residential, 25,000 sf of retail and parking into the existing structure.
The project will provide an amenity-rich environment for residents. In addition to popular amenities such as a three-level gym, outdoor pool deck and entertaining area, the building will also offer unique amenity spaces including a golf simulation area with sports bar, pet run and spa, film screening room, and an offering of workshop areas providing residents a space outside of their own to collaborate and create.
The building will be designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
