AMLI Lenox is a new 22-story luxury high-rise and adjacent 5-story mid-rise residential development in close proximity to three other AMLI properties - AMLI 3464, AMLI Buckhead, and AMLI Flatiron. The project is bursting with amenities, including multiple outdoor living rooms and grilling areas, rooftop swimming pool and cabana, fitness center, game room and theater, DIY maker space, pet spa, bike storage and repair room, and exclusive penthouse amenities.
Cooper Carry's Interior Design Studio, Environmental Graphic Design Studio and Branding Studio worked closely together to ensure this project resonated with potential residents and helped AMLI Lenox have its own personality among adjacent residential projects. Our team came together early in the project to create environmental branding, ensuring all touchpoints were strong and consistent. Our team's objective was to create a logotype that embodied the identity of this property, from exterior and interior finishes to amenity spaces and signage. The spaces are full of energy with woven textiles, bright accents, neon signs and quirky messages throughout. The logotype is professional, but not too serious. The use of a unicase typeface communicates this quirkiness, through upper and lowercase letters paired together. It states, "we should be taken seriously, but still want to have fun."
Cooper Carry's Environmental Graphic Design and Branding Studios developed the initial branding, including logo, brand colors, typographic elements, graphic patterns, experiential graphics, and building signage. AMLI Residential developed the residential brochure and other marketing materials.
