The Avenues Mall Renovation

A major marketing event can sometimes instigate a renovation. Super Bowl XXXIX was announced to be held in February of 2005 in Jacksonville. In anticipation of the visitor and media attention, The Avenues, Jacksonville’s premier shopping venue, was updated to create an environment that reflected the aspirations of the citizens. Budgetary constraints were relatively tight but the owner decided stone flooring was important to accomplish its goals, and Cooper Carry set out upon the task of creating a cost effective solution. The result of the renovation was to transform the center from an antiquated turquoise and pink dominated interior to one that is elegant, comfortable and classy.
