Auburn University’s School of Kinesiology Renovation

Cooper Carry partnered with Auburn University to renovate and build out space within the Kinesiology Building and Student Activities Center to support the launch of the School of Kinesiology’s new Doctor of Physical Therapy program. The project provides instructional spaces, research laboratories, faculty offices, and support areas to enable the program’s inaugural class.

Designed across two existing buildings, the phased renovation allowed the School of Kinesiology to scale its academic and clinical offerings while remaining operational. The program also includes an outpatient clinic, with spaces thoughtfully designed to be inclusive, accessible, and supportive of individuals pursuing recovery and long-term wellbeing.
