Heba Bella | Mixed-Use Studio

My favorite part about Cooper Carry is how human this place is. Yes, we work very hard, but we also know how to enjoy ourselves and attend to our personal needs, which is very essential in the creative community.

Allison Clark | Hospitality Studio

I enjoy the diversity and creativity we have within Cooper Carry. If you have a problem to solve, you know you can find someone with a stellar answer because of their years of experience or their ingenuity. You’ll never have the same conversation twice and each person brings a different perspective to the table.

Cooper Carry Employee Programs

The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Council at Cooper Carry, known as EDIC, is a cross-office council that helps promote, document and expand on our firm’s commitment to equity and inclusion.

NEXT is the Cooper Carry internal awards program. This program recognizes our colleagues who have gone above and beyond, and exemplify at least one of our firm’s core values in their day-to-day actions at Cooper Carry. Three times per year, two award recipients from across the firm each receive a $1,000 gift card for having demonstrated excellence in one of our firm’s corporate values.
