Make an impact. Our company believes in being a responsible neighbor, from the direct contributions we make to the events our team members participate in to the planning charettes we host for nonprofits. We support numerous organizations, including the Winship Cancer Institute, Covenant House, Habitat for Humanity, CANstruction, the Urban Land Institute, United Way and more.

Heba Bella | Mixed-Use Studio

My favorite part about Cooper Carry is how human this place is. Yes, we work very hard, but we also know how to enjoy ourselves and attend to our personal needs, which is very essential in the creative community.

Allison Clark | Hospitality Studio

I enjoy the diversity and creativity we have within Cooper Carry. If you have a problem to solve, you know you can find someone with a stellar answer because of their years of experience or their ingenuity. You’ll never have the same conversation twice and each person brings a different perspective to the table.

Mike Service | Office Workplace Studio

My favorite quality of the people at Cooper Carry is that we’re a family and we truly care about each other.

Cooper Carry Employee Programs

The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Council at Cooper Carry, known as EDIC, is a cross-office council that helps promote, document and expand on our firm’s commitment to equity and inclusion.

NEXT is the Cooper Carry internal awards program. This program recognizes our colleagues who have gone above and beyond, and exemplify at least one of our firm’s core values in their day-to-day actions at Cooper Carry. Three times per year, two award recipients from across the firm each receive a $1,000 gift card for having demonstrated excellence in one of our firm’s corporate values.
