Andrew Rozzi AIA

Andrew Rozzi is a Senior Associate in Cooper Carry’s Hospitality Studio. With over 15 years of experience across mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, and student housing projects, Andrew brings a well-rounded perspective to every phase of the design process. He originally joined the firm as part of the Mixed-Use Studio and now applies his diverse expertise to hospitality projects that prioritize thoughtful design and seamless coordination.

Known for his collaborative approach, Andrew excels at building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery. His background in art, design, and construction allows him to translate complex client needs into environments that are both functional and distinctive.

Andrew holds a Master of Architecture from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. He is a registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
