Senior Associate

Chris Paris joined Cooper Carry in 2021 as a Project Architect in the Mixed-Use Studio and was promoted to a Senior Associate in 2023. With a background in design-build, he has been involved in a number of high profile mixed-use and multifamily projects across the southeast, developing an advanced grasp of what is required to execute these products and what they offer to the larger communities. As a Project Architect, Chris oversees team coordination and drawing development, while ensuring client needs are met and construction is properly executed. From preliminary conceptual design to working out details in the field, Chris is willing to take on any design challenge that presents itself. As a process-driven and team-oriented designer, his true metric of a successful project is seeing the client’s vision come to fruition.

Chris earned his Master of Architecture from Clemson University and his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a registered architect (RA), and a member of both the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
