Columb Mahoney AIA, Fitwel Amb.

Columb Mahoney is an Associate Principal and Studio Manager at Cooper Carry’s New York office. He has over 20 years of experience working in the New York City area, with a primary focus on hospitality and multifamily residential projects. Throughout his career, Columb has led the delivery of millions of square feet of built work, emphasizing collaboration with clients, contractors, and consultants to effectively tackle project challenges.

Columb actively participates in the AIA New York Chapter as a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and is also a member of the New York Building Congress. For the past two years, he has been involved with the ACE Mentor program, mentoring New York City high school students to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Columb currently resides in West Orange, New Jersey, with his two children.
