Dots Colley AIA, IIDA, LEED AP

Dots brings over 35 years of architecture, interior design, programming and planning experience to our firm, including expertise in higher education, government, science and technology, and office workplace facilities.

She is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cooper Carry, responsible for driving operational excellence and helping our design teams deliver high-quality design and technical solutions. Her focus is on steering day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that enhance project delivery, efficiency, profitability and innovation.

Previously, she led our Programming Services, specializing in working with clients and stakeholders to craft program statements and documentation that set a foundation for successful and executable projects. She has lead complex programming efforts for a wide range of architecture and interior design projects.  She is an expert working with large institutional stakeholder groups and is passionate about engaging personally with every team member.

Dots joined Cooper Carry in 1998 and was named Associate Principal in 2015. She graduated from the Georgia Tech with a Master of Architecture. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). Dots is a registered architect and a LEED AP®.
