Erika Luker NCIDQ

Erika Luker joined Cooper Carry in 2018 and was named an Associate in 2022. Promoted to Senior Associate in 2026, Erika is a member of the Interior Design Studio and has worked across a variety of market sectors, including higher education, office workplace, government, and senior living.

Whether working on a one-million-square-foot workplace project or a 7,000-square-foot renovation, Erika is passionate about creating human-centered environments that foster a sense of belonging. She is skilled at weaving each client’s story throughout the design process and thrives on collaboration with both clients and project teams. Erika has experience across all phases of project delivery, with particular expertise in concept development, finish selection, and furniture and equipment specification.

Erika earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Auburn University. She is NCIDQ certified and a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
