Fang Wang AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CCCA
Fang Wang joined Cooper Carry in 2016 and was promoted to Associate in 2019. She is a project architect in the Hospitality Studio. Prior to joining the firm, Fang worked as an architectural designer and project architect in Washington DC, New York, Atlanta and Beijing on a variety of project types across the United States and China. She has a background in mixed-use, multifamily residential, higher education, historical preservation and commercial office. Fang believes architecture is really about well-being and her passion is to design projects that bring people pleasure and are aesthetically, socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable for all.
Fang earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia and Bachelor of Architecture from the Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, one of China’s most influential universities in the field of civil engineering and architecture. She is a registered architect, member of the American Institute of Architecture (AIA), a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C), a member of the National Council of Architectural Review Board (NCARB), and a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA).
