Gavin Reese AIA

Gavin Reese is an Associate and Project Architect in the Science and Technology Studio at Cooper Carry. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has worked on technically complex projects with a focus on higher education, healthcare, and research environments. Gavin has extensive experience in phased renovations within occupied facilities, where careful planning and communication are essential for project success.

Gavin excels at collaboration and employs a clear, proactive communication style when working with diverse user groups, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. He has managed numerous large-scale projects and is skilled in project documentation and coordinating consultants. His background includes collaborating with the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) and the Board of Regents (BOR), where he supported the delivery of capital projects for public institutions.

Gavin holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and is a Registered Architect in Georgia. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
