John Ward AIA, NCARB

John Ward co-founded 505Design and served as President/Managing Partner until 2023, when he became part of the Cooper Carry team. John brings over 30 years of experience in the design industry, orchestrating the development, overall conceptual approach, brand positioning, and project direction for a wide range of national and international projects. In addition, John focuses his efforts on creating strategic relationships with clients and project team members that drive market differentiation. John works closely with clients in evaluating markets and developing strategies that uniquely position real estate with key differentiators to maximize its value and increase market demand.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). John is a registered architect in Colorado, Missouri, Tennessee, Alabama, Arizona, and North Carolina.
