Josie Bulla
Senior Associate
Josie is a Senior Project Architect who contributes extensive project experience in civic, adaptive reuse, residential, retail, mixed-use, and planning projects in the Southeast region and beyond. Her role on projects includes conceptual and detailed design, as well as directing and coordinating the collaborative work of designers and consultants on complex projects.
Josie also serves as a member of the adjunct faculty at the David R. Ravin School of Architecture at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. She holds a BA of Architecture from Mississippi State University and did graduate studies in architecture at the University of Pennsylvania.
Her projects include the Bowl at Ballantyne, Design District and Bell Tower Green, along with numerous Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams stores across the country.
