Kelly Ross AIA, NCARB, LEED AP® BD+C, Fitwel Amb.

Kelly joined Cooper Carry in 2021 and was named an Associate in 2026. With more than 10 years of experience, she specializes in multifamily communities, large-scale mixed-use developments, and adaptive reuse projects that create vibrant places for people to live, work, and connect.

Kelly is dedicated to solving complex design challenges and developing thoughtful solutions that balance design excellence, functionality, and long-term value. Her expertise covers all phases of project delivery, from concept to construction. She collaborates closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical solutions. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Kelly also enjoys mentoring emerging professionals and encouraging an environment where knowledge sharing, curiosity, and collaboration lead to stronger teams and successful projects.

Kelly earned dual master’s degrees in Architecture and Sustainable Design from The Catholic University of America. She is a Registered Architect in Washington, DC, and Maryland; a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA); holds an NCARB Certificate and the LEED AP® BD+C credential; and is a Fitwel Ambassador.
