Kenyon Zimmerman AIA, NCARB, LEEP AP BD+C, Fitwel Amb.

Kenyon is a Senior Project Architect in our Boulder/Denver office. With 23 years of experience in building design and construction, Kenyon has particular expertise in concept design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), technical documentation, detailing, and energy efficient building envelopes. He has been key in the design and delivery of a wide variety of award winning and LEED-certified buildings whose typologies include aviation, mixed use, residential, senior living, museum, higher education, lab science, and medical, and whose budgets range from $1M to $1B.

His projects include River District, Northgate Station Central Park, and Verde at Cooley Station.

He holds an MA in Architecture from Tulane University, and is a LEEP AP BD+C and Fitwel Ambassador.
