Kristin Halloran AIA, CDT, LEED AP BD+C

Kristin recently joined Cooper Carry as a leader of our Historic Rehabilitation and Adaptive Reuse service area, bringing more than a decade of prior experience working on preservation projects throughout the Southeast. She not only has extensive experience with governmental, institutional and non-profit clients, but more importantly a passion for the unique stories told through the adaptation of old buildings. Kristin is dedicated to balancing the character of historic urban environments with the needs of her clients’ budget and schedule, along with the complexities present in any building program, to ensure the long and successful life of completed projects. She also has experience in condition assessment, preservation planning, public engagement, and management of cultural landscapes and other historic resources.

Kristin holds a Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and English from Smith College.
