Kyle P. Phelps

Kyle joined Cooper Carry in 2024 and was named an Associate in 2026. As Studio Administrator, he brings a collaborative, people-first approach to leadership, operations, and business development. With expertise in administrative and operations management, Kyle plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s success both internally and externally. He supports marketing initiatives including proposals, award submissions, and social media strategy while fostering studio collaboration and culture. His ability to build strong client and vendor relationships, coordinate complex initiatives, and unite teams around shared goals contributes to an efficient, engaging, and high-performing studio environment. Guided by the belief that great design is the seamless balance of individuality and timelessness, Kyle is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that strengthen both the workplace and the communities Cooper Carry serves.

Beyond the studio, Kyle is committed to industry and community engagement. He serves as a 2026 Host Committee member for Open Hand’s Party in the Kitchen. He will serve as a 2027 Board Member of NEWH, supporting initiatives that advance hospitality, design, and community impact.
