Laura Richter AIA, AICP, APA , NCARB

Laura joined Cooper Carry in 2025 and was named an Associate in 2026. A licensed Architect in Georgia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, she works across a variety of hospitality projects, including mixed-use luxury hotels, branded resorts, and boutique food and beverage developments. Earlier in her career, Laura designed and managed civic, historic renovation, and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast. Her diverse experience has shaped her passion for team collaboration, placemaking, and detail-oriented design.

Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Master of Architecture, and Master of City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), the American Planning Association (APA), and the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
