Nisha Robertson

Nisha Robertson serves as Cooper Carry’s Chief People Officer. She joined Cooper Carry in May 2021 as an Associate Principal. Nisha has over 20 years of experience leading progressive Human Resources programs for national and international companies across various industries, including technology, utilities, manufacturing, staffing, accounts receivable, construction, and professional services industries.

Nisha’s expertise is in strategic human resources, workforce planning, change management, learning and development, M&A, performance management, organizational development, compensation strategies, and employee relations, working with top executives to establish HR business opportunities and ROI. She is an effective driver of culture change, employee engagement, complex HR and operations projects, and initiatives. Nisha has received numerous company awards and has been recognized for high performance, dedication, strong commitment to customer service and excellence, business acumen, and implementing HR solutions that drive business results.

As Cooper Carry’s Chief People Officer, Nisha manages the firm’s HR and Payroll department. She plays a pivotal role in helping the firm implement people-focused strategies in the years to come, and she serves as a key advisor to the Executive team and the firm’s principals.

Nisha Robertson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgia State University.
