Bob Neal AIA
Bob Neal joined Cooper Carry in 1988 and has been a Principal in the Hospitality Studio for more than 15 years. Bob directs the design of significant upscale convention, boutique, luxury and resort hotels throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East. His work has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Register of Historic Places and various other national and local associations for design excellence and urban responsibility. Bob promotes “design and technology” as differentiators in hotel development, writing and speaking on these topics within the hospitality community. He is an active participant on the projects on which he works, bringing more than 27 years of hospitality design experience to thesm. Having graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, he is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and is a registered architect in 18 states and Puerto Rico.
