Shaunna N. Floyd

As Controller at Cooper Carry, Shaunna N. Floyd oversees the firm’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions. She joined Cooper Carry in April 2026 and brings more than 25 years of accounting, financial management, and leadership experience to the firm.
Throughout her career, Shaunna has developed extensive expertise in construction accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, project financial management, acquisitions, and job costing. She has worked closely with project teams and executive leadership to manage project financial performance, support strategic growth initiatives, and improve operational processes. She is passionate about building strong organizations, enhancing efficiencies, and leveraging financial data to support business decisions and long-term success.
Shaunna earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Augusta State University in 2000. A native of Augusta, the home of the Masters Tournament and legendary musician James Brown, she takes pride in her Georgia roots and the values that have guided her career.
Shaunna lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and their two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, spending time with her family, traveling internationally, and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons.
