Sunggu Lee AIA, LEED AP®, CCCA

Sunggu Lee joined Cooper Carry in 2015. Promoted to Associate Principal in 2026, he brings more than 20 years of experience in architecture and planning, with specialized expertise in high-rise residential and hospitality design. His portfolio includes large-scale mixed-use developments such as the 660,000-square-foot Columbia Place development in Washington, DC, and the 700,000-square-foot 19th & Broadway development in Nashville, TN. Prior to joining Cooper Carry, Sunggu worked with ODA and Perkins Eastman in New York.

Sunggu earned a Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Korea University. He is a registered architect, LEED AP®, and a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA).
