As a Human Resources Business Partner, she supports a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. Passionate about helping employees succeed, Xylona works closely with individuals and teams across the firm to provide support and resources that contribute to a positive employee experience.
Xylona earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University.
