10 Terminus Place, located in Atlanta’s thriving Uptown Buckhead District, redefines upscale living by seamlessly merging fashion-forward boutiques, four-star dining and stunning high-rise homes into one prestigious address. The 31-story building houses 155 condominium units ranging in size from 787 to 4,598 square feet. The units are finished with the ultimate touch of elegance. Hardwood floors cover all common areas, bedrooms feature plush carpeting, and bathrooms were designed in a European style with open showers and oversized soaking tubs. Kitchen options were available for contemporary, transitional or traditional tastes. All appliances are professional caliber brands such as Wolf and Sub-zero. The art program of the building was a central focus with most pieces commissioned for individual spaces. As you enter the building lobby the sense of luxury is apparent – from the marble floors, custom Tibetan rug, silk upholstered club chairs and the Noguchi-like coffee table. Situated off of the large pool and entertainment deck, the club room is accessible through NanaWalls. The ability to open the interior space to the outside informed the design decision to cover all club room furniture in Sunbrella fabrics, so residents could move seamlessly from outside entertaining to inside.
