Cooper Carry provided two initial master plan visions on the project site to better understand site opportunities and the general program impact for each design. Our goal for both concepts is to provide a dynamic placemaking strategy which creates the “Rafal Drive” outdoor shopping street framework as the active core of the project. The design directions take into consideration the importance of access to and from Abi Bakr As Siddiq Branch Road as well a strategy to wrap an existing water department site. Both sites envision a residential community along the Eastern edge of the property with supporting school, community center and mosques integrated into the neighborhood. We teamed with Omrania and Cracknel to develop the master plan.
