Located within the transformative Centennial Yards master plan, this mixed-use residential building will bring new housing, neighborhood retail, and vibrant public spaces to the heart of Downtown Atlanta. As part of the 50-acre mixed-use district, the project will support the long-term vision of creating a connected, walkable neighborhood where people can live, work, shop, and gather as part of one of the city's most significant urban revitalization efforts.

Cooper Carry is providing architecture and interior design services for the 12-story mixed-use development, which will feature 270 high-rise apartments and 10 loft-style residences above approximately 63,000 square feet of street-level retail. The project will strengthen the evolving character of Mitchell Street, contribute to the continued growth of Centennial Yards, and the ongoing revitalization of Downtown Atlanta as a premier destination for residents, visitors, businesses, and cultural experiences.

Meeting the Challenges of a Complex Urban Site

The project will address one of Atlanta's most technically challenging infill sites. The building will integrate with existing viaduct structures approximately 40 feet above grade while carefully coordinating with active Norfolk Southern rail corridors. Thoughtful planning and technical coordination will enable the development to respond to these complex site conditions while supporting the continued evolution of Downtown Atlanta.
