Cooper Carry provided full architectural and interior design services for the Hyatt Place Baltimore/Inner Harbor hotel. Located at the intersection of Fleet Street and South Central Avenue in Baltimore, the eight-story, 150,000 sf hotel includes structured parking for 60 cars and 14,000 square feet of retail space at its base. Amenities include a 100-seat dining room, indoor pool with a terrace, and fitness area. The 208-key hotel achieved LEED-NC silver certification and features a green roof. The project is part of the continued redevelopment of Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood.
