Lake Nona Office Building

The Lake Nona Town Center is a greenfield mixed-use development near the Orlando International Airport in Florida. Lake Nona is comprised of nearly 7,000 acres of development centered around the concept of Medical City. Lake Nona Medical City features multiple institutions including the Orlando VA Medical Center, Nemours Children’s Hospital and UCF College of Medicine and Health Sciences campus.

Lake Nona Town Center Phase One included a 202-room dual brand hotel, two pad site restaurants and a 88,000 GSF multi-tenant investment grade office building. The project also included a grade plus four level cast-in-place concrete parking garage for 588 vehicles with future expansion. The parking garage was designed with a public art installation on the facades with a variety of perforated metal screens and dichromic glass as designed by a Miami based artist. The four-story steel framed office building includes ground level retail space (8,800 SF) for up to three quick serve restaurants. The façade is a mix of architectural precast skin and curtain wall with high performance glass and sunshades.
